Upon completion of the training and survey, you will receive a Certificate of Participation. Remember to enter your full name on the certificate and download it to save it for your records. Please use this information to review and update your current practices and program policies and procedures. Remember to inform families and other adults in your program of any changes you make due to the information in this update.
